The PRSMB Shock Mount is a flexible support system that helps suppress low-frequency rumble on the microphone line by absorbing and damping vibrations picked up from the studio desk or console.
The PRSMB is designed for use with the large-diameter professional-grade Heil Sound microphones, including the PR-30, -31, -40 and -781. Its 5/8" threads mount onto the PL-2T, for easy installation. The PRSMB color is Black. Also available in Champagne color (PRSMC).
For 1" diameter hand mics such as the PR-20, -22, GM Elite, Handi Mics, and HM-12, buy the SM-1 shock mount instead.
